0n 05 October 2011, CITA organized a celebration of the World Teachers' Day in Phnom Penh. The meeting can be held at the so-called government-authorized "Freedom" park. As the teachers were meeting, a group of security forces are stationed across the street (near the Naga Bridge) to prevent the teachers from marching in the city. Now you why this is called the Kingdom of Wonder.
