A clerk of the Phnom Penh municipal court indicated that the announcement of the verdict in the defamation and disinformation lawsuit case by Hor 5 Hong against Sam Rainsy which was initially planned for 8AM on 05 October, will be delayed to another time. The reason for the delay was because Judge Seng Neang was busy elsewhere and was not available to announce the verdict. Therefore, the verdict will be announced on 13 October 2011 instead.
