លោក ងួន ញិល អនុប្រធាន(ទីមួយ)នៃរដ្ឋសភារបស់ប្រទេសកម្ពុជា និងជាមន្ត្រីជាន់ខ្ពស់នៃ គណបក្សគ្រប់គ្រងប្រទេស បានចាត់ទុកអត្ថាធិប្បាយរបស់លោក សម រង្ស៉ី ចុងក្រោយ ថាជា ការវាយប្រហារដើម្បីបំផ្លាញកិត្តិយសរដ្ឋាភិបាល ដែលខិតខំប្រឹងប្រែងអភិវឌ្ឍប្រទេសបច្ចុប្បន។ លោកបានពន្យល់អំពីជំនឿចិត្តរបស់ប្រទេសផ្តល់ជំនួយ ការមិនអាចមានអធម្មនុញ្ញភាព និងការមិនអាចមានការបះបោរនៅកម្ពុជាដូចនៅអារ៉ាប់។ លោក ងួន ញិល ថ្លែងដូច្នេះក្រោយពេលលោក សម រង្ស៉ី បានព្យាយាមធ្វើឲ្យមានអធម្មនុញ្ញភាពនិងធ្វើឲ្យរដ្ឋាភិបាល និងរដ្ឋសភាកម្ពុជាមិនស្របច្បាប់។ លោក សម រង្ស៉ី នៅក្នុងកម្មវិធីហេឡូវីអូអេកាលពីថ្ងៃសុក្រសប្តាហ៍មុនបានជំរុញឲ្យប្រទេសអ្នកផ្តល់ជំនួយបញ្ឍប់ការផ្តល់ជំនួយមកកម្ពុជា ដែលលោក សម រង្ស៉ី បានចោទប្រកាន់ថាមានការខ្ជះខ្ជាយ និងមានអំពើពុករលួយ។ លោក សម រង្ស៉ី ក៏បានវាយប្រហារមេដឹកនាំនៃប្រទេសកម្ពុជានិងរិះគន់ធ្ងន់ៗទៅការដឹកនាំប្រទេសដែលលោកថ្លែងថាឈានទៅរកភាពហិនហោច។ លោក សម រង្ស៉ី ពេលនេះកំពុងនិរទេសខ្លួនដោយសារបញ្ហាដកបង្គោលព្រំដែនកម្ពុជា វៀតណាមនៅចុងឆ្នាំ២០០៩។ លោកកំពុងស្ថិតក្នុងពិរុទ្ធភាពក្រោយពីតុលាការបានកាត់ទោសឲ្យលោកជាប់គុកជាង១០ឆ្នាំ។
តទៅនេះជាបទសម្ភាសន៍កាលពីថ្ងៃច័ន្ទ (២៨ វិច្ឆិកា ២០១១) រវាង លោក សុខ ខេមរា នៃវីអូអេ ជាមួយ លោក ងួន ញិល អនុប្រធានរដ្ឋសភាទាក់ទងនឹងការចោទប្រកាន់របស់លោកសម រង្ស៉ី៖
Nguon Nhel, the NatAss no. 1 vice-president and a high-ranking official of the ruling party, considers the latest comments by Opposition Leader Sam Rainsy as an attack to destroy the honor of the government which he claimed is doing its utmost to develop the country currently. Nguon Nhel explained about the confidence of donor countries, the impossible unconstitutionality and the impossibility of having an Arab-style revolution. He said that, after Sam Rainsy attempted to create the unconstitutionality and his attempt to make the NatAss illegal, during a VOA program on Friday, Sam Rainsy accused [the government] of waste and corruption. Sam Rainsy severely attacked the [current] CPP leaders, saying that they are leading the country to ruin. Sam Rainsy is currently living in self-exiled after removing border stakes between Cambodia and Vietnam in 2009. He is currently sentenced to more than one decade of jail time by the [CPP-controlled] tribunal.
