Being seen on KI-Media could bring you trouble in the Banana Kingdoom

The CPP's mouthpiece Rasmei Kampuchea reported the following:

The reason for the charge was because the tribunal based its claim on the fact that Sourn Serey Ratha conducted his propaganda against the royal government of Cambodia in the name of the Khmer People Power Movement which was broadcasted on the KI-Media website.

Now, since KI-Media is also broadcasting the following speech of Mr. Hun Xen who is promoting violence against Khmer journalists (an anti-Khmer action), would the tribunal  charge Mr. Hun Xen also?
