Did Aunty Bun Rany suffer an overdose of Botox or did Uncle Hun made her cry again?

The following photo of Aunty Lok Chumtithteav Thom Bun Rany Hun Xen was taken this morning (01 Dec. 2011) during the Worlds AIDS Day ceremony at a pagoda in Kandal province. Because the photo showed a close up of our favorite Aunty Lok Chumtithteav Thom, we were quite surprised to see the funny appearance of her eyes.

Thanks to technology, it did not take us too long to realize that the eyes of our favorite Aunty Lok Chumtithteav Thom are severely swollen. Could it be that she suffered an overdose of Botox or, Buddha forbids, Uncle Hun made her cry again with one of his infamous dalliance? By the way, doesn't her face have a strange puffy look?
